I take pride in providing quality services to each client, coordinating all aspects of the process, effectively negotiating contracts, recommending highly qualified professionals, and providing consistent communications. I enjoy working throughout Brevard and am familiar with much of the County. Shortly after moving to Brevard in 1988, I married a Brevard native who serves our Community as a Fire Lieutenant. He always encourages me to fulfill my dreams, one of which was earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Never one to take the easy route, I accomplished this goal while raising a family and working full time at the City of West Melbourne. Making my education work for me, I decided to run my own business, left the City and became a Realtor, full time. I began working in a professional environment at an early age, each experience preparing me for many aspects of being the Realtor I am today. My background includes, computer sales and training, small business operations, and local government. Through these experiences I have the skills and knowledge to understand today’s changing technology, writing and negotiating contracts, how to explain property taxes, the permitting process for guidance and following up on new construction, and land and court research. All which is a great benefit to my clients because I can help get you where you need to be or to whom you need to speak with. My genuine desire to help people, and my credibility has earned the respect of many professionals throughout various industries.
